We are a family business located in Forsyth, GA, established in 2008 by Greg and Michelle Head.  We have 5 children; therefore, we live, work, and play in Monroe County and love taking care of our neighbor's heating and air conditioning needs. We have a well-trained staff with great attitudes from our secretaries to our service and installation crews.  Faith and trust in the Lord, along with our commitment to our family, employees, and customers have made our company successful through the years.

Greg has a degree in Air Condition Technology and has worked in the heating and air conditioning industry since 1997. Greg was awarded First Place in the HVAC division at the VICA State Competition and had the honor of competing at the National VICA Competition in Kansas City, MO in 1998. Greg completed the 2016 Leadership Monroe Class, which was designed to equip citizens to become active members of the community through participation in community events, politics, and/or committees.  Greg has been an active member of the Monroe County Development Authority since 2016, which focuses on bringing industry and development into our community.  The 2017 Businessman of the Year Award was awarded to Greg by the Monroe County Reporter.  In 2018, Greg was elected by voters to the Monroe County Board of Education and has been an advocate for students and staff of the BOE ever since. Michelle has a degree in Business Administration and several years of experience in the business industry.  She currently homeschools three of our five children and handles the financial and marketing decisions of the business.

Living in Monroe County has given us various opportunities to be active within our community. Such as, being active members of our local church, Sunday School teachers, and members of the Forsyth-Monroe County Chamber of Commerce. Participation in our Hometown Holidays Parade and being supporters of the annual Forsythia Festival, along with several of our local sports teams, gives us much joy as small business owners. Our Christmas Parade float is always a local favorite and has won 1st place on several occasions through the years.  During May of 2012, we were awarded Monroe County Schools, Friend of Education Award. Head Heating and Air Conditioning was awarded the 2016 Small Business of the Year Award from our Chamber of Commerce.  We love our small town and hope to service Monroe County's Heating and Air Conditioning needs for several years to come.
